True That
Okay, so that sounded so incredibly wrong for me to even be typing 'true that'. I am just about the whitest white girl ever, and not just because I can't tan.
I got home, and a friend of my who I haven't chatted with in forever and a day emailed me. She and I used to race home after school and watch Rosie O's show while on the phone or IM, discussing and chatting as we watched. It was a blast. Rosie used to be my absolute favorite, because her show was so fun, and she was so funny and great, a real all around sweetheart.
Then her show ended, and she became this really big biyatch. I couldn't stand the way that she was making fun of people. When she had the show it was more making fun with people, and it was amusing and not hurtful. But the jokes she was making were mean and spiteful, and not about having fun anymore. And don't even get me started about that culture club haircut. Ew.
But anyway. Rinna sent me a link to her blog website, and told me to check out what she had to say on Oprah and Hairy Balls. So I did. I didn't know that Rosie did these stupid but very true poems about people and life! They are funny. I have to share with you all, especially the ones that feel the same about Miss Oh! and HB.

I used to love Rosie. I watched it every day after classes in college. I overlooked her freak out with Tom Selleck and her usual love of TC--especially since it was OH so obvious she liked women. . . She was funny.
Loved the poems.
True 'dat, my friend, True 'dat.

I didn't get the lesbian thing until the whole book thing. I used to have the worst gaydar ever, and totally didn't see that coming. She was always going on about 'my Tommy, my Tommy,' all the time, and how Nicole should watch out because she was going to steal him away.

I tend to have the gay-dar. I have no idea why.
I've been surprised, but not often. Maybe it's from living in Bloomington, and having girls hit on me and being used to all the boys being either gay or practically engaged.
;)

My gaydar is so strong, the closet cases cry when I point them out. :D
Love Rosie. I want to be on her show because she was the original gangsta in giving out cool stuff. O's just catching up to Ro.
I read the poem last week and I thought it was hilarious that HB's biggest fan think's he's definitely looney.
Kelly Preston, too, can join HB in that ring of fire...
