The Only Thing That Matters

Okay, so I'm gonna post this super quick, as the nice lady who let me in here is starting to look annoyed with me, and just told me I have onel more minute of computer time. It's been crazy here. More later, or maybe not, as I have been warned that if I divulge too much, I will lose my job. And Nor would kill me.

Everything except the work part rocks. The hotel is so nice. The new Hilton (I know, but I didn't make the reservations, so I'm so not at fault.) is amazing. The pillows are like sleeping on air, and the bed is like a cloud. I had one of the best nights sleep I've ever had, and that includes last summer, after my wisdom teeth were removed, and I was getting regular visits from the codene fairy. And the Vicotin man. I loved him. He was nice to me.

We went to this castle for dinner tonight. Oh. My. God. This place was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to. I have to pull up the website so you all can see it, because it's that nice.

The food was amazing. I had a fried pickle, which, after twenty minutes of staring at it in fear, Nor and I both caved and tried it. It's actually good. I was shocked.

But the best part of this ENTIRE TRIP, was the dessert.

Oh.

My.

GOD!

I had this huge slice of chocolate cake, with chocolate genache, and a raspberry sauce. This cake was orgasmic. Think of your best sexual encounter ever.

Then, times it by 100.

That is how good that this cake was. My mouth had never been that happy. It was amazing. I want more, but it was like, 1000 calories a bite, so I couldn't do that. Also, it was about ten dollars.

But it was worth every penny.

And the best part is, the company picked up the check!

Gotta go, the nice lady is starting to point at her watch.

Love you guys, and I'll be on tomorrow night!

Okay, first of all: I TOLD YOU!

I've been trying to tell you guys that fried pickles are delicious! I too, the first time I saw them, stared at them in disgust for about ten minutes. My bff got me to do it. She also got me to get on a rollercoaster for the first time in my life. She's smart. She leads me to wonderful things.

As for your hotel and your castle dining, I'm completely jealous! Why couldn't you have taken us with you? I have retail experience! As a matter of fact, I'll be blogging on that in a minute.

I love that you weaseled twenty minutes of online time, and that you took time to touch base! You're the sweetest. And I hope you enjoy PP when you get it to open... I think you'll enjoy it.

Can't wait for your ideas, either, I'm all atwitter about working them out with you.

Enjoy the lap of luxury, which sounds fully deserved with those long hours!
