Let me just say this...
I MISSED YOU GUYS!
You have no idea how much. I chat with you gals like every single day. I don't even talk to Matt that much. (I email him like 7 times a day, but actual back and forths are about three to four times a week.) I went through major withdrawl.
I had fun on the trip. It was insanely hot there, over 100 every day, but it was still fun. For the most part. I'll go into more detail a little later, but I'm working on something right now, and also trying to get through the mountain of fics that have been updated in my absence! I guess you writers didn't get that memo that clearly stated that the whole community was supposed to stop the instant I left!

Yeah, I am.
But still, I tend to email him my rants and thoughts on various topics that pop into my head. He does the same. Then we have long convos on IM a few times a week and also talk on the phone once a week. (It is very expensive to hear his voice. I'm glad Daddy doesn't make me pay for the phone convos. I'd be broke!)
I'm glad that some people's creativity didn't fizzle out in my absence. It just gives me a ton to read!
I did manage to write on my vacation. Not as much as I would have liked, but I did get a bit more of M's story. I'm working on that now. I hate writing on paper! It takes too long. I wish I had my comp while I was there!
Oh, and by the way, Ames, if you could send me your snail mail addy, I'd appreciate it. I found something that was quite perfect for you on my trip. All I need to do it send it!

Yeah, having my laptop (internetless though it was) was nice to write on. i couldn't go without it now. I'm sad, huh?

Actually, we don't have price tag guns. We do have the guns that attach the price tags to the clothing, but no stickers.

those attachy guns are dangerous. very sharp pokeys. I've received many a puncture wound from those. . . so I'll pass if that's what you were going to stuff in your purse, lol.
