Speechless
Because the title says it all.
This new fic, called Speechless, left me that way.
It also left me with several symptoms akin to those of stroke victims.
And it made me cry.
Go on, read it. Read it and see if you can see why.
THIS FREAKING GIRL STOLE MY FIC!!!!!
She stole my fic, and executed it poorly.
And, not only did she steal my fic, executed it poorly, but NO ONE NOTICED!
Look at the reviews. Except for my sister, and Ames, both of whom I alerted to this, no one noticed that she is a theif.
Well, one person did. But they put it in an Anonymous review, and the classy girl deleted it. Too bad for her that Ames and Eri's reviews are signed. Can't delete those!
Her fic is an abomination. She butchered my beloved baby, Things Change. BUTCHERED.
I can't believe the fucking audacity of this girl.
Yep, and on top of stealing my brain child, my baby, she's also made me swear. I'm so freaking pissed off, it's not even funny. Ames and Eri did make me feel better though, flaming her ass. I can't do that, but you all can. All those that love me, please, tell this girl to stick it where the sun don't shine.
Hell, if you don't love me, follow the link and tell her to shove her poorly written fic up her sixteen year old ass. Because if this can happen to me, it can happen to you. If we don't all stand up, as a fandom, and say that we aren't going to tolerate this bullshit, we're all at risk. It's time to take our fandom back from the people who don't care about creating a story from the ground up, and only care about having a hundred, "OMG! Love this!" in their inbox.
Do we really need or want writers like this polluting our fandom?
Because I sure as hell don't.

hear, hear!
Hey,
I read your story awhile back and I just read that story "Speechless" today and thought the same thing. Your story was much better written, though. Are you planning on updating it sometime in the future?
I love you all, you totally rock. I just left a review about it, but I still urge you guys to review this girl too, when FF.net stops being retarded.
J, I love you. Who else would review me like, ten times with the same review?
Lol. I must say, I'm feeling better now that I've flamed her like no one has ever been flamed before. Let me just give you a little preview...
It's probably the longest review I've ever written. Possibly the longest review, ever. And, it's got the term Scum of the earth.
Go, I promise you will cackle with glee at my words. I know I sure did!

I just read your review at ff.net. Wow! You go girl!!! I agree with everything you said (and I told her that too)!

K!
The story is gone! I just tried to leave a review, now that I had an idea of how to phrase "you suck" in a much more descriptive way, but no luck. You got it pulled. Congrats! And I promise to review only once this time.
J
We've won! I'm just glad that my sister had the ingenuity to actually pull up the other girl's story before Delibertlee deleted that anonymous review that told us exactly which story to look for. Without that, no one would have ever known about her real crime. The HP fandom is just too big. It was a complete chance that all the facts came to light, and I'm really glad that it all worked out for the best.

and the world breathes a collective sigh of relief... now if ff.net would stop being wonky. at least we're down one sucky sucky story.
a
so, ff.net won't let me put in another review, even after i sign out and go back... it still knows me.
my first review was so perfect, it went on and on about how my favorite part of your fic was the pacing--the way you structured it so that when you started talking about what the day SHOULDN'T have been, our hearts just broke into millions of little pieces. How Lorelai's face falls each and every time she sees Luke with April or talking about cancelled plans with Rory, but how it'll be that much more painful as the day passes and no one is even there to comfort her when she needs them the most.
I talked about how Luke needed the Jaws of Life to pull his head out of his ass to see that he's ruining not only their chances of getting married, but her chances of being able to forgive him.
I talked about how if this is what happens when you read Hemingway, I hope that you put yourself in that kind of pain every day. I added that my boss talked me into buying a collection of short stories by Hemingway, to give him a real try and how I could only hope that Hemingway would have this kind of effect on my writing.
I told you I was going to add this to my favorites, as even though it was just a brief moment type ficlet, you conveyed more emotion in it than ASP was in the entire second half of the season. You ability to smoosh all that into a ficlet makes this one of my favorites, of yours and in general.
I think I kept calling it beautiful. FF.net ate my words. Sigh. But it was. Beautiful.
Hope that makes up for it. I tried and tried, but at least, this way, it's in print for all to see.
